All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To request a return for a damaged or defective item:

  • Take clear photos showing the damage or defect.

  • Email info@midnightmontego.com within 5 days of delivery. 

  • Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.
